INNER SANCTUARY CHURCHThe Inner Sanctuary is trauma-informed church shaped by the understanding that every human being is a system within a system. Our lives mirror the larger whole. What to Expect
Here, faith and psychology are companions in the same work. Together they help us remember what we already carry and create a space where community healing and personal transformation rise side by side.
House Church TulsaSecond Saturdays from 1:00-4:30pm CST
❋ OPENING CIRCLEWe arrive as we are and orient to the internal landscape. We set the tone for safety, curiosity, and consent.
❋ CONNECTION TO CHRISTIAN SCRIPTUREWe explore passages through an embodied sensibility that sees Scripture as a doorway to presence rather than a tool of exclusion.
❋ IFS TEACHINGWe learn how parts shape our spiritual lives and how Self energy mirrors the Divine image within each of us.
❋ LIVE DEMONSTRATIONOne person is randomly chosen from volunteers for a 1-1 guided IFS session, getting to know their own individual system with the support from the energy of the whole group.
❋ INTEGRATION CIRCLEWe reflect together, noticing parallels, inner shifts and new possibilities for living the gospel from the inside out. The Practice is both personal and communal. It returns us to the wisdom within and helps us carry that wisdom into the world.
Why We GatherMy wife, Pastor Bonnie Lebak, and I, bring together Internal Family Systems, Christian Universalism, and a relational theology that honors consent, curiosity, and the dignity of every soul. Each gathering is designed to help us listen more deeply, heal more courageously, and increase our own choices about how to shine our light brighter in the world.
