RJ Listening Circles Cohort
❋ OVERVIEWJoin a cohort of lovers of IFS exploring the C’s and P’s of Self-energy in community to raise our Self Energy and influence the Self Energy of those around us. In a time marked by disconnection, urgency, and systemic harm, circles invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and remember what it means to be human together.
Circles disrupt isolation and hierarchy, making space for stories, silence, connection and Self energy to rise. They are ancient technologies of belonging — and right now, they offer a path toward repair, resilience, and radical presence.
Attend as many as you can, though the closing circle is highly encouraged. If more than 20 are present on a call, we’ll divide into smaller rooms for depth and intimacy.

No. You are welcome to attend as many as you can. We do, however, encourage everyone to prioritize the Closing Circle on April 23, 2027, since it’s the culmination of our shared work.

Co-Facilitators will split the group into 2 breakout rooms so the circles stay intimate and spacious. The cohort is capped at 36 participants total.

Each session is 2 hours. With 17 sessions total, you’ll have up to 34 hours of live circle practice available.

This is designed for IFS loving humans who want to deepen their own Self-energy and practice bringing it into community.

No. In order to honor the personal sharing of each participant, sessions will not be recorded.

At this time, the cohort is not offering CEUs or formal certification. What you receive is practice, presence, and the chance to help co-create a guide that will serve communities everywhere.
